Founded in June 2024 and registered under Startup India, the company is headquartered in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. It was established by a team of ethical, dedicated, and driven software engineers and problem solvers with a passion for developing innovative solutions across hardware, software, cloud computing, artificial intelligence/machine learning, IIoT, and data science.

We specialize in both product engineering and engineering services, including initiating fresh projects, completing unfinished ones, and debugging and providing solutions for existing systems.

We embrace the philosophy of Sir Andy Grove, former CEO and founder of Intel: "Only the paranoid survive." This reflects our belief that vigilance and adaptability are key to overcoming challenges—every problem or requirement has a solution.

Mr. Kamal Kumar - A sociable, honest, and hardworking entrepreneur with strong values, ethical principles, and a natural ability to inspire others.

Mr. Atreya A - A multifaceted professional with a background in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, and Law, bringing extensive technical expertise in Embedded Systems. Has collaborated with leading semiconductor companies and OEMs including Intel, Qualcomm, Broadcom, AMD Xilinx, Renesas, Dell, Sony Ericsson, Alpha Design Technologies (Adani Defence), and DRDO, with additional exposure to key institutions such as the Ministry of IT & Telecom, IIT Roorkee, and Linaro.

Possesses strong skills in product design and development across various technologies such as ARM, USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HDMI, display systems, camera interfaces, infrared, GPIO, serial communication, power management, sensors, audio, video, file systems, storage, and memory. Proficient in device drivers, kernel and OS development, DevOps practices, test automation, and advanced debugging tools.

Well-versed in platforms and tools including Android, Windows, Windows CE, Linux, Embedded Linux, RTOS, and boot loaders, with hands-on experience in both hardware and software communication protocols.

Has contributed to a wide range of products such as AI solutions, AI-based and IP cameras, Qualcomm Neural Processing Engine (SNPE), Android smartphones and tablets, routers, gateways, Alexa-enabled devices, as well as custom-designed and evaluation boards.

Mr. Vijay Singh - a Computer Engineer with a experience of 20 years in web development and eLearning softwares.

Mr. M. Raja - an IIT Engineer with an experience of 25 years Embedded Product development, Linux Kernel, RTOS, Cloud, AI Technology in Qualcomm and other Semiconductor Leaders in Semiconductor Electronics, etc, 

Mr. Naresh Dhiman - an Electronics Engineer, an Enterprenuer, having an Industry experience of more than 35 years in Hardware, Mechanical and Product Engineering. 

Mr. Suresh Acharya  - A highly skilled electronic engineering professional in the area of development to Management on horizontals including Hardware design, platform software design and development, verification and validation on verticals like Semiconductors, Storage, Automotive, Consumer Electronics and Storage. Solid track record of taking challenging project from conceptualization to fruition. 

Specialties: Platform Software Engineering, Customer Engineering, Project Management. With an experience of around 30 years.

Mr. Preetam MN - An Entrepreneur with Industry experience of more than 25 years in Product realization using Android, Linux and Firmware based systems, with a decade of industrial experience contributing to multimedia, Linux drivers and custom product programs on multiple-core SOC platforms, custom microprocessor, micro controller and FPGA based products.
